Neff is a quality kitchen appliance brand manufactured in Germany since 1877.  It is sold under agency agreement by a select number of retailers and kitchen specialists within Australia; therefore it operates as a sell out sales model.

  • GOAL Increase sales by 20% per annum for two consecutive years and review Brand distribution in state.
  • Method Brand distribution KPI’s were set with customers, resulted in closure of five outlets and the opening of six new outlets; developed co operative media and advertising programmes with major clients to increase brand exposure, increased training frequency; gain improved display locations in store.
  • Outcome Business growth over the past three years has doubled in this brand, exceeding original goal. State holds in excess of 24% share of national business versus 11% required average.
