Retravision is a leading Australian-based retailer of computers, electronics and appliances. Retravision’s stores are predominantly in Western Australia, however for many years until 2006 it had many stores across Australia and even New Zealand.

  • GOAL To assist Retravision to grow market share in the front load laundry category by leading multi brand plan from 18% to 25% over three month period.
  • Method Instigated innovative promotional and media campaign for consumer bonuses, store incentive drivers and staff pricing purchase plan to empower floor staff to share their product experience with consumers.
  • Outcome Retravision share over promo period grew to 51%, more than double their plan. Whirlpool acquired a total of 33% of the total category individually to make them the Number 1 brand in this category, a position sustained for in excess of 12 months.


Retravision as a multi store outlet with small budgets required support at store level which Hytek where able to achieve with continued initiatives , to ensure customer take up of the product
When dealing with Hytek as a retailer we knew that support in sell out was part of the overall package they offered when representing brands and where pleased to engage with a dedicated business with the same goals as Retravision in achieving profitable sales for both parties.
